Banana Cake Ingredients:
PASTA
125 g of wheat flour
70g margarine
3 gems
2 tablespoons culinary sweetener
banana in syrup
3 dwarf bananas
2 tablespoons culinary sweetener
CREAM
1 cup (tea) of milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch (20 g)
3 tablespoons culinary sweetener
1 yolk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
How to prepare the Banana Tart:
PASTA
Mix the flour, margarine, egg yolks, culinary sweetener and, if necessary, 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, until the dough is smooth. Then open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and line the bottom of individual shapes. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown.
CREAM
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the cream begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add the essence.
BANANA IN CALDA
Cut the bananas into slices, add half a cup (tea) of water (100 ml) and the culinary sweetener, and heat over low heat until the syrup thickens.
MOUNTING
Fill each pie with the cream and place a slice of banana on each one and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
Preparation time: 35 minutes
Oven/Stove Time: 15 minutes
