Ingredients of the Petit Gateau diet:
150g diet chocolate
1/2 cup – 4 teaspoons culinary sweetener
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour, sifted (75 g)
Diet ice cream in the flavor of your choice
How to prepare Petit Gateau Diet:
Melt the margarine with the chocolate in a bain-marie, mixing until obtaining a homogeneous cream. In another bowl, beat the yolks, eggs, sweetener and cocoa. Mix the egg cream with the chocolate and finally add the wheat flour. Grease and flour nine large pie pans and distribute the dough. Bake in a hot oven (250ºC) for about 5 minutes. Unmold and serve hot with your favorite Diet Ice Cream.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Oven/Stove Time: 7 minutes
Performance: 9 servings of 72 g
